Support Pet Login

You searched for the Support Pet login. Here is the short, honest answer and the fastest path to whatever you actually need.

SupportPet.org does not host a customer login. We are a plain-language educational resource about emotional support animals. We do not issue ESA letters, run a registry, or maintain user accounts. If you are trying to log in to retrieve a letter you paid for, you need to sign in to the provider that actually charged you — not this site.

Quick links

If you landed here from a search for "support pet login," one of these is almost certainly what you wanted:

I am looking for my ESA letter. Where do I sign in?

If you paid an online provider for an emotional support animal letter and need to download it again, the login is on their website, not ours. Three quick steps usually solve it:

  1. Search your email. Look for the receipt from the provider you paid. Try queries like "ESA letter", "emotional support", "receipt", or the name of the company. The receipt email typically contains the sign-in link and, often, the letter itself as a PDF attachment.
  2. Check your card statement. If you cannot find the email, find the charge on your bank or credit-card statement. The merchant name on the statement is the provider you need to contact.
  3. Email that provider's support team directly. Their customer service can resend the letter, reset your password, or help with account access. SupportPet.org cannot access another company's customer records.

If your charge appears to come from a company that has gone offline, you may need to schedule a fresh consultation with a licensed mental-health professional in your state to obtain a current letter.

Why there is no login on this site

SupportPet.org started in 2016 in Maine as a licensed physician's small operation that helped people get legitimate ESA documentation. Over the years the law changed, the industry changed, and the volume of low-quality "registry" sites grew. Rather than become one of them, the site transitioned to what you see today: a free, plain-language guide.

That means a few things, on purpose:

  • There is no user account, no dashboard, and no login portal.
  • We do not sell ESA letters, ID cards, vests, "certifications," or registry listings.
  • We do not run a contact form, a mailing list, or a paywall.
  • We do not store payment information or personal medical details from visitors.

You can read more about that history on the About page.

Avoid fake "Support Pet" or ESA registry logins

If a site asks you to create an account, pay a fee, and "register" your dog as an emotional support animal, treat it with suspicion. A few rules of thumb:

  • There is no government ESA registry. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development does not maintain one, and no federal agency issues ID cards for support animals.
  • A vest or ID card is not legal documentation. Landlords and airlines are not required to accept them and most do not.
  • The only document that matters is a signed letter from a licensed mental-health professional who has actually evaluated you. That letter is what the Fair Housing Act and airline policies recognize.
  • Beware of urgency. "Instant approval," "same-day registration," and "guaranteed acceptance" are sales pitches, not clinical care.

If you are not sure whether a site is legitimate, our ESA letter guide walks through the specific elements a real letter should contain.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a Support Pet login on SupportPet.org?

No. SupportPet.org is a plain-language educational resource about emotional support animals. We do not sell ESA letters and we do not host customer accounts, so there is no login portal on this site.

Where do I find my ESA letter if I bought one online?

Check the receipt email from the provider you actually paid. The letter is typically attached as a PDF or available behind a login on that provider's website, not on SupportPet.org. Search your inbox for the provider's name plus "receipt" or "ESA letter."

I cannot find my account. What should I do?

Contact the provider you originally paid directly. Their support email is the fastest path. If you are unsure who that provider was, search your email for charges that mention "ESA," "emotional support," or "pet letter." SupportPet.org cannot access another company's customer records.

Does SupportPet.org issue ESA letters?

Not anymore. SupportPet.org operated as a letter-issuing service in its early years, but today it is an educational guide. To obtain a valid ESA letter, schedule an appointment with a licensed mental-health professional in your state.

Is there a Support Pet registry I can log into?

No legitimate ESA "registry" exists. HUD does not maintain one. If a website is asking you to create an account and pay to be "registered," that is not a real document and no landlord or airline is required to accept it.

Can SupportPet.org reset my password or recover my account?

No. We do not have access to accounts on other ESA providers' websites. Password resets, refunds, and account recovery have to go through the company that originally charged you.

The short version: SupportPet.org has no login because it is a free educational site, not an account-based service. If you need to access an ESA letter you paid for, sign in to the provider that charged you. If you need a new letter, see a licensed mental-health professional in your state.
