- Press and partnerships. Media inquiries or collaboration requests from advocacy groups, housing organizations, and mental-health professionals.
- Privacy requests. Questions about our Privacy Policy or requests under laws such as CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, or the UK GDPR.
What we can't help with
SupportPet.org is an educational website. We are not a clinic, a law firm, or a letter-issuing service, and we cannot:
- Issue, sell, verify, or review ESA letters;
- Provide legal advice about a specific housing or travel dispute;
- Provide medical or mental-health diagnoses or treatment;
- Contact landlords, airlines, or housing providers on your behalf.
For a letter or a diagnosis, please speak with a licensed mental-health professional in your state. For a specific legal question, consult an attorney familiar with fair-housing or disability law where you live.
Tips for a faster reply
- Use a clear subject line (for example, "Broken link on the Housing section" or "Press inquiry").
- If your question is about a specific page, include the URL.
- Please do not send sensitive personal information, medical records, or copies of ID. We do not need them and we don't want to be the ones holding them.
